Add blende extension packages to .gitignore
this way I can run my update_mantis_to_server script from within the mantis repo
without having to delete these files over and over.
My intention is a little more practical than this: Keeping multiple versions around by checking out different tags - that way users can pick which Mantis to use
and it also means I can eventually make an LTS version
